Land chemic is an inorganic soil improvement that stabilizes and solidify soil. Which is made by adding cement to natural soil.

70% of the components of Land Chemic are inorganic natural minerals.

By adding Land Chemic to the mixture of 95% natural soil and 5% cement, you can remove the effect of anything that hinders solidification such as moisture, air, and organic substances. This maximize the solidity of soil and turn it into rock forming substances.

This rock comes to have a highly porous structure, with 30% of voids, enhances water- and air-permeability as well as the intensity of the soil.

¤ýCharacteristics
1. Since we use the soil right from the construction site, the texture of the soil harmonize well with the surrounding
¡¡landscape.
2. Its inorganic, chloride nature prevents weeds from growing on it.
3. Its porous structure provides good drainage.
4. It does not require expansion joints, since it rarely suffers the expansion and contraction.
5. It is made of non-pollutant substances, and does not generate any waste.
6. You can choose from a variety of specifications according to the usage by adjusting the mixing ratio.
7. It can keep warmth and moisture for a long time, so it melts fast after snow and does not raise dust.

The soil improvement technique is a construction method that transforms the nature soil into something more appropriate for the purpose. It is an environment-friendly method that turns the soil back to the nature after a long period of time and does not create any waste.

The Scent, Feeling, and Texture of Soil
The soil has warmth that can not be found in concrete or asphalt. It also has water-permeability. Rich Soil Technique does not impair the outstanding characteristics of natural soil, while making up for the weak points at the same time.

Also, by adding our unique special waterproof agent ¡®Rich Tight¡¯ to the improved soil, we can realize a very natural landscape with water easily.

Characteristics of the Rich Soil Technique Characteristics of the Rich Tight Technique
1. The soil does not lose it warm nature.
2. It provides high water-permeability
3. It is highly stable and easy to maintain.
4. It rarely raises any dust.
5. It rarely expands or contracts.
6. It give a natural beauty to the landscape.
7. It prevents weeds from growing on it.
8. It is a highly economical method, since we use the
¡¡soil from the construction sight.
9. There is no concerns about secondary pollution and
¡¡no danger to the surrounding ecosystem.
10. There rarely occurs a fissure.
11. There is no need for expansion joints.
1. It can create a very natural landscape.
2. The maintenance of the bottom of the pond is easy.
3. It is a highly economical method, since we use the
¡¡soil from the construction sight.
4. There is no concerns about secondary pollution and
¡¡no danger to the surrounding ecosystem.
5. It stays stable for a very long time.
6. It is easy to deal with in any conditions.
7. It can stand the weight of the landscaping stones.
